This EVERYDAY IMPACT personalized coaching program is designed to help you strengthen your ability to listen actively, build genuine connections, and communicate with empathy. Whether you're looking to improve personal relationships, enhance workplace dynamics, or develop deeper leadership presence, these sessions will provide the tools and strategies to help you show up as a more engaged and effective communicator.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment and Package Policy Effective Date: March 1, 2025 By booking a session with Concept Lottery, LLC., you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked through our virtual calendar. Payment is required in full at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Session availability is first-come, first-served. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule an appointment with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice without penalty. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the session will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. For package holders: If you have three (3) sessions or fewer remaining, cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50% refund of the remaining balance. 3. No-Shows & Late Arrivals If you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited and is non-refundable. If you arrive late, the session will end at the scheduled time, and no additional time will be provided. 4. Package Expiration & Use All coaching packages must be used within (6) months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions will not be refunded. Packages cannot be transferred to another person without prior approval. 5. Exceptional Circumstances Life happens. If an emergency prevents you from attending your session, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review exceptional cases on an individual basis. 6. Policy Updates Concept Lottery reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
